Returns

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days of purchase, it will no longer be possible to offer returns or refunds.

To be returned, the products must not have been used and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging.

It is necessary to communicate via email to adv@calpierre.it the wish to return, indicating the order number.

Do not send products back without first contacting us.

There are some situations where the refund is only partially guaranteed:
- The products are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- More than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase.

Size change (if applicable)

In the event of a size change, the will must be communicated to adv@calpierre.it. We will send the courier for collection at our expense and once we receive the product we will send it again.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the products and whether the return has been accepted or rejected.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed immediately and the credit will automatically be made available on the payment method used.

Late or missing refund
If you still haven't received your refund, please wait 5 days and check with your credit card or paypal provider.
After 5 days, you can contact us at adv@calpierre.it and we will try to give you more information..

Change (if possible)
For defective or damaged products, if due to our faults, we will replace the product. It will be necessary to write an email to adv@calpierre.it and send the product to: Calpierre Srl - Viale Olimpico 5b Casandrino Napoli IT 80025.

Shipping
The products must be returned to:

The return cost is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
